We will process such information to reply to your messages and communicate with you. Legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest to respond to your inquiries.

    1. 2.3.   Subscribing to our newsletter. On the Website you may opt in to receive marketing emails regarding the Velas Project. In this case, we will be sending you our marketing materials on the basis of your consent. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails by (i) following the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing email or (ii) contacting us at with the description of the request. 

We do not sell or rent out your personal data. However, we may share your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, Applicable Legislation, or with your consent.

  1.    (1)  our affiliates, meaning the companies that we control, are controlled by, or under common control with Velas (based on our legitimate interest);

Velas is not responsible for data collected by these social networks.

Velas does its best to keep your data secure. We always review and update appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your personal data secure, in accordance with our internal policies and procedures regarding the storage of, access to and disclosure of personal data. 

Some of your personal information undergoes anonymisation, pseudonymisation, and encryption to ensure safe transfer and/or processing.

We will maintain records of your personal data for as long as:

  1.    (1)  you are subscribed to our mailing list;
  2.    (2)  it is necessary to provide our services to you (including the Website);
  3.    (3)  the data are necessary for other purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
